ORDERING
Minimum wholesale orders: $350.00

TURNAROUND TIME
Once order payment has been submitted, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks (15 days) for your order to be crafted, packaged, and shipped. Large orders or complex custom orders may take longer. Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We will inform you of the timeframe before finalizing your commitment.
SHIPPING
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. All orders will be shipped via USPS from our studio in Anchorage, Alaska. Orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please let us know if you would like to pay for expedited shipping.
PAYMENT
All authorized retailers will receive a 30% discount off the MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due before delivery. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, bank draft, and checks. Let us know if you prefer to pay through check with net30, in that case, you will receive the invoice along with your order.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
For returns or replacements of damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please email us within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened & unused.
